Customer journey
1. Your customer purchased goods from your website and chose a suitable Pick-up Point, Parcel Locker, or ordered Home delivery.
2. The customer gets a tracking number. They can monitor the parcel’s status on our website.
3. We’ll request your customer’s personal data if it’s needed. BXB is an official personal data operator.
4. If necessary, our Customer Support team will consult your customer via online chat, e-mail or by phone.
5. We’ll send a text message when the parcel is at the Pick-up Point or the Parcel Locker. Or call twice if the customer chose Home delivery.
6. The order is ready to be picked up. If you enable the international returns option, the customer will be able to return goods at a Pick-up Point or a Parcel Locker.
